Q1. How to Select Category to attend this Virtual Conference?

One can attend the conference into three categories:

  • Speaker/Presenter: Kindly proceed to submit your research abstract; if the Scientific Committee accepts it then the author can proceed for the registration.
  • Delegate/Listener: If you are willing to attend as a Listener, you can proceed to register directly as a listener without submitting any abstract.
  • Student: If you are a student you can register under the student category.
Q2. Is it possible to submit an abstract even after the early bird submission deadline?

Yes, you can submit your abstract until the regular submission deadline or contact us for immediate assistance.

Q3. Why our registration prices are less?

We have received several queries regarding the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on businesses. CAM’s crisis management team is closely monitoring this global pandemic and its impact. Our legal professionals are well equipped to provide guidance to clients in this urgent and rapidly developing situation.

Q4. Is it possible to submit more than one abstract for presentation ?

Yes, contact us if there are more than 3 abstracts for scheduling.

Kindly go through the Submit Abstract page and fill the form accordingly

  2. Full Name
  3. Your Email (Which is in use)
  4. Your Country
  5. Your Phone number
  6. Organization/Company/University Name
  7. Select Conference (Our virtual conferences are in series Ex: Nursing Summit, 2nd Nursing Summit, 3rd Nursing Summit, etc.) please select accordingly.
  8. Conference Sessions
  9. Select the type of presentation
  10. Upload the abstract in Word/Pdf format and hit the submit button.

Q6. Are there any guidelines for the abstract submission?
Q7. Is there any mandatory information to be mentioned in the abstract?

Yes, every abstract should have the Title, abstract content, authors (names, email id’s university details & contact details with short biography), presentation type (workshop, oral, poster or virtual Video), related topic(s).

The abstracts will not be validated without the above information. 

Q8. What type of related topics should be included in the abstract?

Kindly refer to the conference topics/tracks/sub-tracks/sessions that are the closest to the content of your abstract. It is important to choose the accurate related topic(s) because the abstract will be sent to the reviewers who are experts in the selected keyword(s).

Q9. What are the reviewing criteria?

All abstracts are reviewed based on:

The Technical Merit: How solid is the presented work? Is the evaluation methodology appropriate? Does the data seem accurate? Are there any fatal flaws in underlying assumptions?

The Readability: How easy is it to understand the submission? Factors that can affect readability include writing style, grammar, spelling, over-use (or under-use in some cases) of equations, inappropriate submission length, or improper font sizes.

The Relevance: How appropriate is this submission for this conference? Sometimes even good submissions are better suited to other locations.

Q10. Which kind of abstracts could be accepted for workshop presentation?

The presented work should be particularly original, unpublished, considered as of great interest for scientific research, and present novel perspectives.

Q11. Does it increase the chances of acceptance if the abstract is submitted for poster rather than oral or workshop presentation?

Yes, oral and workshop presentations are more competitive. But, if an abstract is submitted for oral or workshop presentation and the Scientific Committee decides that the work is more suitable for poster presentation then the author would have the opportunity to register and do a poster presentation.

Q12. How to be sure that the submission is validated and ready to be reviewed?

The submission is validated and ready to be reviewed once all mandatory information (above mentioned) are filled correctly. Make sure all the star fields are filled. 

Q13. How to know whether an abstract is accepted or not?

Once the Scientific Committee has reviewed the abstract, the Organizing Committee or the organizer sends an email to inform the author about the result. If the abstract is accepted then the author receives an “Acceptance Letter”. 

Q14. How to benefit from the early bird rate?

The submissions and registrations should be made before the early bird submission date and pay the registration fees before the early bird registration date.

Q16. Is it possible to attend the conference without submitting any Abstract?

Yes, you can register a Delegate/listener.

Q17. Does the conference organizer provide proof of attendance?

Yes, the conference organizers will provide an E- certificate of participation and the payment invoice as required by your university/institute to allocate the grants.
